"1, 2, 3, 4. Can I have a little more?"

13 VERSES, 16 PAGES (Well, actually 14 pages -- two are the front and back cover). Pages two through five each get one verse (pages 7 through 11 also get one verse per page). On page 6, we have two verses. As explained in an earlier post, the first verse of the song was spread out over four pages. On page 6, that verse is recapped with the refrain of the song added. What follows on page six is the second verse (with added lines). The song has one more verse which shows up on on pages 12 and 13. In an original layout, the in-between story was to be pictures only. But that gave way to a new a verse about "going to a nightclub" on page 7. And 3 became 13.

The stories behind the story, its poetry, its art and the creative process. This event takes place on November 17 at Northfield Coffee & Books at 12 noon.
